RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

FOR ORDERS PLACED IN THE ONLINE STORE

If you change your mind after you place your order, simply contact us to cancel your order. If we have not yet shipped your order, you will be issued a full refund. If we have already shipped your order, you will need to wait for the order to arrive, and ship it back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have opened the package, you are responsible for re-packaging the item so that it does not break in transit. Items that return back to us broken or damaged are not eligible for refunds. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

FOR CUSTOM COMMISSIONS

Each work of art is handmade to order, without the use of molds. The exact colors and shapes may differ from what is discussed. That's what makes each piece totally unique and special! For that reason, once the creation of your custom commission has begun, we are not able to accept returns or issue refunds. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied, please contact us. We will do everything we can to make it right.
